Translation:

After Food from any of the five grains other than bread:

Blessed art thou, O Lord our God, King of the universe, —for the sustenance and the nourishment; for the produce of the field; for the desirable, good and ample land which thou vast pleased to give as an heritage unto our fathers, that they might eat of its fruits and be satisfied with its goodness. Have mercy, O Lord our God, upon Israel thy people, upon Jerusalem thy city, upon Zion the abiding place of thy glory, upon thine altar and thy temple. Rebuild Jerusalem, the holy city, speedily in our days; lead us up thither and make us rejoice in its rebuilding. May we eat of the fruits of the land, and be satisfied with its goodness, and bless thee for it in holiness and purity. (On Sabbath say:— Be pleased to fortify us on this Sabbath day.)
For thou, O Lord, art good and beneficent unto all; and we will give thee thanks for the land, and for the sustenance. Blessed art thou, O Lord, for the land and for the sustenance.

After food other than bread, grains, fruit from the seven species and wine/grape juice:

Blessed art thou O Lord our God, King of the universe who createst many living beings with their wants, for all the means thou hast created wherewith to sustain the life of each of them. Blessed be he who is the life of all worlds.

The Recording by Rabbi Ari Chwat was posted for many years on the website www.alhamichya.org . Although the site is no longer active, we hope that posting it on Zemirot Database further's Rabbi Chwat's mission as stated below:
"Despite the frequent need to say the bracha of “Al HaMichya” in general, as well as in schools, kindergartens, and camps (eg. meals, birthday parties, snacks), we are all too familiar with the problem of children (and adults!) who have difficulty learning this bracha by heart. The problem usually stems from the length of the text and/or the similarity of it’s words to those of the benching (usually slipping around "רחם נא ה' אלוקנו על ישראל עמך...").
A simple and pleasant solution is to download the following catchy tune composed by Rav Ari Chwat, Rosh HaMidrasha of the Tal Orot (Torah Lishma) program in Michlelet Orot, to enable the easy learning of the bracha. The professional arrangement of Leib Ya’akov Rigler is enhanced by Israel’s leading musicians, and children’s choir in the background which helps kids enjoy and identify with the singers, as well as the song. The song has already proven successful in aiding hundreds, if not thousands, of children to learn the “Al HaMichya”.
Please aid us in publicizing this tune by downloading it and sharing it with others, adults, children, grandchildren, or students in schools, camps, or kindergartens.

Other albums featuring songs of Rav Ari Chwat can be ordered by tel. 02-9942205 in Israel."
