For a boy:
Y'simcha Elohim
k'Ephraim v'chi'Menashe

Yivarech'cha Adonai v'yishmerecha.
Ya'er Adonai panav eilecha v'y'chuneka.
Yisa Adonai panav eilecha v'yasem l'cha shalom.

milifnei avinu shebashamayim,
