The simple song is an expression of the indomitable spirit of the Jewish People, surviving againts all odds and keeping "their father", namely God alive in thought and practice.

Tune by Noam Katz - Inspired by the Abayudaya Jews of Uganda -In Luganda, a native dialect of Uganda, a vowel sound is often added to the end of words that normally end in a consonant. The Abayudaya have adopted this speech pattern in their pronunciation of modern Hebrew. The recording is a capella when it should be with percussions to be fully enjoyed.
