Translation:

Hear, O Israel: Adonai is our God, Adonai is One.
Deuteronomy 6:4

(Blessed be His name, whose glorious kingdom is for ever and ever.)

You shall love Adonai your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words which I command you this day shall be in your heart. Teach them diligently to your children; speak of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. Bind them as a sign upon your hand and as a symbol between your eyes; inscribe them upon the doorposts of your house and upon your gates.
